COVID-19 testing for people with symptoms
There are several sites in Sussex where polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests can be booked. You should get a test if you:
- have symptoms
- you have received a positive result from a symptom-free lateral flow test either at home or at a community pharmacy
- have been asked to get a test (for instance by the test and trace service)
If you have symptoms, or have tested positive on a symptom-free lateral flow test, you and the other people in your household are legally required to self-isolate. Only leave your home to visit a test site.
