IT for You

Need help with an important task using a computer? Or maybe you want to learn how to use a computer or improve or refresh your computer skills?

We are offering free 60 minute one-to-one sessions with our volunteers. We can help with email, job searching and applications, CVs, Universal Credit, social media, Microsoft Office, accessing NHS services online and more.

Our sessions are socially distanced and contactless.

To ensure social distancing, we cannot use your laptop, tablet or smartphone. We will provide a PC in the Library.

Call 01323 463759 to book your free session or find out more.

For your safety - and the safety of our volunteers

  • Sessions will be socially distanced and contactless with barriers between you and our volunteers.

  •  Sessions will take place using our dual control computers, we are unable to assist you on your own laptop or device.

  • Your volunteer will wear a face covering unless medically exempt
