Did you know?

Most blue badge applications are delayed because they do not include supporting medical evidence. If you do not provide this information with your application, it cannot be processed.

Digital assistant: Our digital assistant (called Esca) is available 24 hours a day on the right-hand side of the Blue Badge pages on our website. This is an automated system which you can use to:

  • ask questions about Blue Badges
  • check the progress of your application
  • upload supporting documents and your photo to go with your application.

You will need to know your application number to check the progress and to upload documents using the digital assistant.
