Application for a licence to supply or expose for supply adult fireworks

If you wish to sell fireworks at any time of the year, you must first request a licence for your premises from the Trading Standards Service. In addition, you must also request a licence for your premises with Trading Standards if you intend to store fireworks. See Storage licence application.

The licence period runs for a year from the date of issue. There is an annual fee of £500.

Make separate applications for each premises at which the fireworks are to be sold. Each premises must be licenced separately.
